About Us
LBI HotSpring Spas, owned and
operated by Jack Dennis and Nanette Fredericks, was
established in 1986. We have 12
full time employees. Many of them have been with us since
day one, when we started out as a landscape, deck, and
retail store. Since then we have evolved into strictly
selling HotSpring portable spas. We wanted to set ourselves
apart from our competitors, and we did that by selling the
best, and we've been selling HotSpring Spas for over 21
years now. We're all about quality, service and experience.
In 2002, we opened our second
showroom in Lavallette, NJ to better serve all of Ocean
and lower Monmouth Counties.
You'll find a spa in our showroom for every budget and
backyard. Since the inception of LBI HotSpring Spas we have
taken trade in spas. By doing so we enable our customers to
upgrade their HotSpring Spas to a new model when they're
ready. Then we take their used spa and refurbish it for
resale. A good used HotSpring Spa has years of life in it
and can be a first time spa for someone who is on a tighter
budget or wants to see if a spa or hot tub is right for
them.
We devote a lot of time and effort
to our spa customers. We offer
same-day/next-day service plus our showrooms are open 7 days
a week for your convenience. We are serious about customer
service.
